Making music and home movies as a kid, I grew up in the the punk/emo/hardcore rock scenes of Alabama & the Florida pan handle, where I fell into making story driven conceptual hardcore music & releasing emo/alt rock albums through teens & young adult life.

My “musical flavors” are heavily informed by that indie rock scene I grew up in, along with ventures in electronics engineering, software programming, and a love for guitar FX pedals & modular synthesizers. Nicknamed the “fiddler crab” by bandmates, the white-knuckle obsession I carry for seeking out “the sound” to serve the song & story is at the heart of who I am and how I approach a project.

I’ve had the opportunity to serve as assistant to Puerto Rican film composer René G. Boscio, and have recently completed co-scoring my first indie feature film with good friend and colleague, Kevin Hoppe.
